Medical
Seasonal Infirmary Team
Each member of the summer infirmary staff works together as part of a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, doctors, dietary specialists and medical volunteers, as well as program and residential life staff, to provide excellent care to our special campers.
Adolescent & Young Adult (AYA) Program Nurse
The AYA Nurses work in the wilderness and traditional Camp environment to manage all nursing care needs of program participants, to include dispensing medications, charting in our electronic medical record and triaging needs.
Night Nurse
The Night Nurse is responsible for nursing care of all Campers in the overnight hours. The overnight nurse provides care to Campers scheduled to sleep in Moose Lodge and any walk-in or urgent needs overnight for campers, volunteers and staff.
Per Diem Nurse
The Infirmary hires Per Diem Nurses to complement the residential nursing team within our traditional summer program.
Resource Nurse
The Resource Nurse is the “go-to” clinical leader for the seasonal medical team staff and volunteers through support of clinical problem solving, clinical decision-making and critical thinking through a side-by-side peer support model.
Unit Nurse
Unit Nurses are the backbone of the care provided in our traditional summer program.
