Donor Code of Conduct
Consistent with Hole in the Wall’s values, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful space in our community and at our workplace.
Our expectation is that donors do not subject Hole in the Wall staff to behaviors that threaten one’s physical or emotional safety. This includes but is not limited to ableism, ageism, discrimination based on religion, homophobia, racism, sexual harassment and violence.
In keeping with this commitment and Camp’s core values, inappropriate behavior occurring in the workplace or in alternate work settings will be reviewed and, if necessary, investigated, and reasonable action taken.
