Who Can Attend

Camper eligibility for Family Weekends (Spring / Fall)

Families with a child(ren) between the ages of 5-15 who is affected by a serious illness that Camp is serving for that weekend.  Families attend with their child.

Qualifying medical diagnosis of:

• Cancer
• Blood Disorders
  • Sickle Cell Anemia
  • Hemophilia/von Willebrands
  • Thalassemia
  • Aplastic Anemia
• Immunologic Disorders
  • Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)
  • Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID)
• Metabolic Disorders
  • Phenylketonuria (PKU)
  • Lysosomal storage (ie., Hurler Syndrome, Gaucher Disease)
  • Glycogen storage
  • Mitochondrial Disease (ie., MELAS)
• Other Rare Diseases (Please contact admissions@holeinthewallgang.org to confirm eligibility for rare diseases)

Note: Participation in a Family Weekend does not make a camper eligible for summer sessions. Please see our list of eligible diagnosis for summer sessions.
