Night Nurse

The Night Nurse is responsible for nursing care of all Campers in the overnight hours. The overnight nurse provides care to Campers scheduled to sleep in Moose Lodge (housing designated for Campers that require overnight nursing care). The night nurse also serves as "first call and triage" for any walk-in or urgent needs overnight, both for campers, volunteers and staff. Our Infirmary-based Moose Lodge typically houses 3-4 campers per session, who have scheduled overnight care needs. The night nurse will also care for any Campers admitted to the Infirmary for acute needs in the overnight hours. This position requires strong communication, critical thinking, assessment and technical nursing skills.
